My windows 7 operating system became corrupted and I needed to do a fresh installation of both the operating system and the the creative suite. After installing both the operating system and the creative suite I received an error saying that the program has not installed correctly and to contact support.

I contacted support and I was told support wouldn’t help me correct the problem and to ask the forum on how to fix this issue. Any help on how to resolve this issue would be great!
